Client had problem with water pooling under his house. He had a sump pump that had failed several times and when it was running, it would cost him high electric bills.

	1- First we started by digging a ditch from lowest part of the property.
	2- We went deep enough to pass under foundation formed concreted.
	3- Removed the sump pump. We put a collection container. Connected our drainage pipes to the lowest part of  collection container. We laid wrapped French Drains (perforated pipes)  on top to collect ground water.
	4- We passes drain pipe trough an existing opening made for for other pipes.
	5- We extended the drainage pipe to the lowest part of property.
	6- We laid gravel around the pipes and covered them. No longer water pooling or dealing with expensive and unreliable sump pumps.
