Owner of this rental property with knob and tube wiring wanted to upgrade the property's wiring and service to current standards. property is made of one house and one apartment unit.

	1- Right side of the picture is the house and above garages is the apartment.
	2- Service entrance was coming through two meters mounted on garage.
	3- Left side panels was for the house and right side panel for the apartment. As it is obvious in picture, panels were insufficient and dangerous.
	4- Picture shows how wires were passed from apartment to the house.
	5- Wiring throughout the house was old with some burn spots on them.
	6- We started with building a place for the house panel and installed a 125 Amp. Panel for the house.
	7- Then we pulled wires. picture show wiring under the house
	8- New wiring to external light fixtures
	9- New wiring to internal fixtures, replacing old wires.
	10- New wiring pulled in the attic.
	11- Due to changes in regulations, old location of Service Entrance was no longer suitable. We moved the Service Entrance to a new location. Picture show preparation for installing new Service Entrance.
	12- Mast for Service Entrance is being cut to size.
	13- Meter boxes and Main Breakers are installed.
	14- Service Entrance is ready for connection
	15- Picture shows old wiring abandoned and replaced with new wiring.
	16- New weather proof receptacle is being installed at front yard.
	17-New security lights installed.
	18- Old exposed wires were removed and new cable was installed inside metal conduits.
	19- Old panels were removed and replaced with new panels
	20-Finished panel.
	21-When we were ready, PG&E came to transfer old service to new service.
	22- Service is transferred. Both units have clean and safe pover.
