Why would anybody want to have an unlicensed contractor doing their projects? After all, there is a reason that they are not licensed. Reason is lack of knowledge, Experience, and Skill. Many believe that unlicensed contractors are less expensive. In reality, they are not. Usually the labor cost is the biggest part of a project. By having skilled and experience workers we can do a better job in less time than and therefore be competitive or even less expensive.
